A qualified tradesman, not a hobbyist with a truck
Anyone can buy a welder. What decides whether a repair holds is metallurgy: knowing how an alloy behaves under heat and stress, which filler matches which base material, and how joint preparation and heat control determine whether the weld survives its first season.
That knowledge came from a full Welding Technology Diploma completed with a 4.0 GPA, extensive metallurgy coursework, and dedicated AWS aluminium metallurgy certification — plus OSHA hot work permitting and a 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety card so hot work happens safely on your property.

Iowa Western Community College. Full diploma programme completed with a 4.0 grade point average across theory, lab and code-standard weld testing.
Extensive metallurgy coursework
Atomic structure of metals, alloying elements and how base materials behave under heat and stress — the reason a weld holds up in the field instead of cracking a season later.

On-site work
The rig comes to you — nothing gets hauled to a shop
Power, gas, consumables and tooling all travel on the truck, so welding happens where the part is: in the field, in the yard, on the loading dock or in the driveway. For anything welded into a building or bolted into a machine, that removes the entire cost of dismantling and transport.
Where a job genuinely needs shop conditions — full-rotation fixturing, extended controlled preheat, precision machining — you will be told that up front rather than sold a field weld that will not last.
