When you call or text us, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, job site location, the material and process you need, whether the job is an emergency, your description of the work and any photographs you send.

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, quote the work, carry out the job, and keep a record of work performed for warranty, insurance and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information may be shared with our insurer or a supplier where that is necessary to complete or support the work you asked for.

Photographs you send are used to plan and price the work. Completed-project photographs are only published on this website with your permission. If you would prefer photographs of your property or equipment never to be published, say so and that will be respected.

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful for responding and quoting. Records relating to completed work are kept as long as needed for warranty, insurance and tax purposes, and then deleted.

This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve them. Standard technical logs may be kept by the site's hosting provider for security and reliability.
