You call and describe the job. The process, filler and consumables are decided from that, so the right kit is on the truck before it leaves — not discovered as missing once we arrive.

You get a realistic time window and an honest view on cost and approach, including if the job would be better done under shop conditions. Emergency work jumps the queue.

On site, hot work precautions go up first — screening, fire watch and containment where needed — then joints are cleaned back to bright metal, fit-up is checked, and the weld is made. Card payment is taken on completion.
